Welcome to VextaLearn. By accessing or using our website and services at vextalearn.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@vextalearn.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person, one account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, quizzes, and materials are owned by VextaLearn or our instructor partners and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

You may not: download or record course videos, share your account credentials, redistribute course materials, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post spam, advertisements, or affiliate links in the community forum
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Nigerian or international law
• Impersonate VextaLearn staff, instructors, or other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Instructor Terms

If you apply to become an instructor and are accepted, additional instructor-specific terms will apply, covering revenue share, content standards, and payment schedules. Contact us at Become an Instructor for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VextaLearn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kano State, Nigeria.
