Courses & Learning
Browse the Courses page, click a course you like, then click "Enroll Now". Follow the enrollment steps shown on each course page. Paid courses require checkout before access is granted.
Course language varies. Check each course page and its language label before enrolling; English and Hausa are available where offered.
After enrolling, go to Dashboard → My Courses and click "Start Learning". Lessons play in your browser — no app download needed.
Video downloads are not available, but you can download PDFs and resources attached to each lesson.

No. Once enrolled, your access is lifetime (for one-time purchases) or active as long as your subscription is valid.
Payments & Billing
We accept Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD). You can also pay directly via bank transfer.
Yes. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant provider, Paystack. We never store your card details on our servers.
Open Settings → Subscription in your dashboard and follow the available plan-change options. Review the displayed price and billing terms before confirming.
Check the email address on your account for payment confirmation. Transaction details may also be available in Dashboard → Payment History.
Course refunds may be available when requested within 7 calendar days and when the published eligibility conditions are met. Subscription refunds follow separate conditions. Read the Refund Policy for details.
Certificates
Certificate availability and completion requirements vary by course. Check the course page and complete its listed requirements; if a certificate is offered, follow the instructions in your dashboard.
Sign in and open Dashboard → Certificates. Choose an eligible certificate and select Download PDF.
Yes. Every certificate has a unique ID and its own verification link (also shown as a QR code on the certificate itself) that employers can open directly to confirm it’s genuine.
A VextaLearn certificate records completion of the specified course. It is not a government-accredited degree or a guarantee of employment; check the requirements of any employer or organisation you plan to present it to.
Account & Profile
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email; delivery times can vary.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile → Settings and update your email. A verification link is sent to your new address.
Use our Contact page and ask to delete your account. We will review the request and follow the applicable privacy and account procedures.
Absolutely. Our platform is fully mobile responsive and works on any smartphone or tablet. You can also install it as a PWA from your browser.
Community
A public discussion area where visitors can browse topics. Sign in to start a topic or reply. Community activity and moderation response times may vary.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on a post and select "Report". Reports are sent for review; response times may vary.
Job Board
Job listings are published on VextaLearn. Review each listing’s employer details, eligibility requirements, and application instructions; listings do not guarantee employment.
Yes, fully free for all registered students.
Click the job listing, read the full description, then click "Apply". You'll be directed to the employer's application page.
