Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

• You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• You have completed less than 30% of the course content.
• You have not already received a certificate for the course.
• You have not previously received a refund for the same course.

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Use our Contact page with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]".
2. Include your registered email address and the name of the course or subscription you'd like refunded.
3. Optionally, tell us why you're requesting a refund — your feedback helps us improve.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions (Student and Professional plans) can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription days are not provided except in the following cases:

• Your first subscription payment within 7 days of sign-up — eligible for a full refund.
• A technical issue on our side that prevented you from accessing the platform for more than 3 consecutive days — eligible for a pro-rated refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Courses where more than 30% of content has been completed
• Courses for which a certificate has already been issued
• Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Accounts that were suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
• Referral bonus credits or promotional discounts

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (card, bank transfer, etc.). Processing time after we approve a refund:

• Debit/credit card via Paystack: 5–10 business days
• Bank transfer: 3–7 business days

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, please reply to our refund confirmation email with additional information. We review all disputes within 3 business days and aim to resolve them fairly.
